绵羊与人血小板超微结构的比较细胞学分析

COMPARATIVE CYTOLOGIC ANALYSIS OF THE PLATELET ULTRASTRUCTURE OF HUMAN AND SHEEP

本文报导人和羊血小板超微结构的比较和分析。当人和羊血小板是在同样条件下制备的,可在遣射电镜下见到人血小板进入功能状态者比羊多,而当人和羊血小板都捕获在循环状态时,我们用体视学方法测量,计算它们的超微结构,结果显示,二者超微结构组成相同而血小板及其细胞器的形态,大小和数目有显著差异。结果证明人血小板功能比羊灵敏,并提供了可以用羊取代人做某些血小板实验的理论基础。

The paper reports on the comparement and analysis of the platelet ultrastructure between human and sheep.When the sample of the platelet of human and sheep are prepared in the same condition,the platelet ultrastructure observed under the transmission electron microscope show that the platelets which entered the function state in human are more than those in sheep.But when the platelets of human and sheep are obtained as near as circulating condition,their ultrastructure are measured and calculated with stereological methods,the results show that the component parts of the platelet ultrastructure in human and sheep are similar.But both the platelet and its organalles have remarkable differences in the shape,size and number between sheep and human.The results prove the platelet functions of human is more sensitive than those of sheep.So the theory basis are proved,that is,it is possible to do some experiments on the platelet by sheep instead of human.
