200侧胎儿膝关节滑膜皱襞的形态观察

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF SYNOVIAL MEMBRANCE CREASE OF 300 SIDES OF KNEE JOINT IN FETUS

为了掌握膝关节滑膜皱襞的发生、发展规律、取得我国胎儿膝关节滑膜皱襞的数据,我们对100例胎儿200侧膝关节进行了观察。挑选新鲜引产胎儿100例,男58人,女42人;胎龄:4月4人,5月19人,6月14人,7月17人,8月6人,9月7人,10月33人。观察结果:髌上滑膜皱襞:隔板型86膝,占43.3%;单皱型66膝,占33.1%;双皱型47膝,占23.6%;无皱襞1膝,占0.5%,总发生率为99.5%。髌内侧皱襞:片状型79膝,占39.5%;条状型61膝,占30.5%;无皱襞60膝,占30%,总发生率为70%。髌下滑膜皱襞:带状型130膝,占65%;丝状型58膝,占29%;脂垫型12膝,占6%,总发生率为100%。另外,通过观察进一步明确了各种滑膜皱襞的发生与解剖部位、胎龄、性别、侧别的关系,丰富了理论,指导了临床工作。

In order to understand the originating and developing regulation of synovial crease in knee joints and to acquire its data in fetus,We have observed 200 sides of knee joints in 100 cases of fetus. 100 fresh induced labor fetus (M 58,F 42) were chosed,Its fetus age was separately 4 month in 4 cases,5 in 19,6 in 14,7 in 17,8 in 6,9 in 7,10 in 33,Observation results showed: among suprapatellar synovial crease,partition-shaped knee joints were 86(43.3%),single crease shaped 66(33.1%),double crease shaped 47(23.6%),no crease 1(0.5%),and total incidnce was 99.5%, about synovial crease inside patellar slice-shaped knee joints were 79(39.5%),strip-shaped 61 (30.5%) no crease knee 60(30%) and total incidence was 70%,of infrapatella synovial crease, band-shaped knees were 130(65%),filiform 58(29%) fat pad shaped 12(60%),and total incidence was 100%,In addition,through observation we are deeply clear about the relation of varted sorts of synovial crease to its anatomy position,fetus age,sex,sides of knee,which richen theory and guide clinical practice.
