摘要
采用双波长薄层扫描法测定漆大姑中没食子酸的含量 ,方法回收率大于 95 %、 RSD =2 .9% ,可作为其质量控制的方法之一 。
The content of gallic acid of Glochidion eriocarpum Champ was determined by dual wavelength TLC scanning. The recovery is up to 95% and RSD is 2 9%.This method could be used for quality control of Glochidion eriocarpum Champ.
