摘要
目的 :观察大鼠坐骨神经横断伤后 ,外源性神经生长因子 (NGF)对大鼠周围神经损伤的修复作用。方法 :采用大鼠坐骨神经横断致伤方法 ,实验分为 :假手术组、生理盐水对照组、NGF组 ,每组 10只 ,观察时间为 2 wk。结果 :术后 2 wk,NGF组的体感诱发电位 (SEP)、运动诱发电位 (MEP)与生理盐水对照组相比 ,潜伏期明显缩短 (P<0 .0 5 )。经 Tarlov评分 ,NGF组有70 %可恢复到 4~ 5分 ,而生理盐水对照组只有 2 0 %恢复到 4~ 5分。结论
AIM: To investigate the therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) following sciatic nerve section injury. METHODS: The sciatic nerves of rats were injured by section with shaver, which were divided into 3 groups: sham operation group, control group of normal saline (NS), and the group of NGF. Every group consisted of 10 rats. The time points of observation was at 2 wk after operation. RESULTS: The latency of sensory evoked potential (SEP) in the treated group at 2 wk after operation was shorter than that in NS group ( P <0 05). The latency of both N 1 and P 1 of motor evoked potential (MEP) in therapeutic group was shorter than that in NS group ( P <0 05-0 01). CONCLUSION: NGF can improve the conductive function of injured peripheral nerve.
