君花含漱液治疗肝病病人口腔溃疡及牙龈渗血的观察

A Clinical Study on Junhua Gargle to Treat Hepatic Disease Patients With Stomatocace and Gingival Oozing of Blood

采用君花含漱液用于治疗慢性肝病后期病人口腔溃疡及牙龈渗血 ,并与呋喃西林液含漱进行疗效比较。结果显示 :君花含漱液治疗口腔溃疡有效率为89.37% ,治疗牙龈渗血有效率为 92 .45 % ,与对照组比较 (6 8.89%、30 .77% )差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。说明君花含漱液在治疗慢性肝病病人口腔溃疡及牙龈渗血方面具有良好的疗效。

Junhua gargle has used to treat late stage chronic hepatic disease patients complicated with stomatocace and gingival oozing of blood, and compared it with using Furacilin solution gargle. Result showed that effective rate of Junhua gargle to treat stomatocace was 89.37%. Effective rate of curing gingival blood oozing was 92.45%. Compared it with the control group (68.89% and 30.77% respectively), there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01). Denoted that it had good effects on Junhua gargle to treat chronic hepatic disease complicated with stomatocace and gingival blood oozing.
