人肾脏近曲小管上皮细胞补体C3基因表达及意义
Gene expression of C3 on human proximal tubular epithelial cells
摘要
目的 研究体外培养的人肾近曲小管上皮细胞 (PTEC)自身及在肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)诱导C3mRNA的表达。方法 体外培养来源于人正常肾组织的PTEC,并以不同浓度和不同时间TNFα进行诱导 ,采用逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 (RT-PCR)方法对其C3mRNA表达进行半定量分析。 结果 未经任何刺激的PTEC可表达C3mRNA ,并在TNFα诱导后显著增强 ,呈剂量和时间依赖关系。 结论 致炎细胞因子TNFα能明显上调人肾脏PTEC补体C3mRNA的表达。
