摘要
目的 探讨创伤性颅脑损伤后血清镁离子 (IMg2 +)水平对颅脑损伤的诊断和预后价值。方法 对 5 5例脑损伤患者、16例非脑损伤患者和 40例正常人 ,采用络合指示剂方法分别测定其血清IMg2 +。结果 血清IMg2 +下降程度与颅脑外伤严重程度相关 ,轻型组、中型组及重型组血清IMg2 +分别为 ( 19.3± 1.5 )mg/L、( 18.3± 2 .0 )mg/L及 ( 16.2± 1.0 )mg/L ,均低于对照组(P <0 .0 1) ,重型组血清IMg2 +亦低于轻型组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 创伤性颅脑损伤后血清IMg2 +测定对脑损伤具有诊断和预后价值。
Objective To investigate the vale of ser um ionized magnesium (IMg^2+) determination for the diagnosis of cranioce rebral injury.Methods IMg^2+in the serum was det ermined by the calmagite method among the 55 patients with traumatic brain i njury, 16 patients with non-brain injury and 40 heal thy controls.Results Acute head trauma was associated with early deficits in serum IMg^2+, which were related to the severity of the injury. The s erum IMg^2+in the patients with GradeⅠ, GradeⅡand Grade Ⅲ of cerebral injury was (19.3±1.5)mg/L, (18.3±2.0)mg/L and (16.2±1.0)mg/L,respecti vely, statistically lower than those in the controls (P<0.01). The serum I Mg^2+level in the patient with severe head trauma (Grade Ⅲ) were sign ificantly lower than in the patients with mild head trauma (GradeⅠ)(P<0.05) .Conclusion Serum IMg^2+determination was of both diagnostic and prognostic value in the patients with traum atic brain injury.
