Based on the idea of sustainable development,the content and implication of the goal durative of freeway construction item are discussed. The index system for evaluating the goal durative is developed according to 'The compiling way of the post assessment report for highway construction'(issued by the ministry of communications,No.1130). The index system is verified with ATP. With the unconditioned fuzzy superiority set, the mathematics assessment model of the goal durative of freeway construction item is given in a reasonable way.
