滑模摊铺时不同张角下侧模板阻力理论分析与试验印证

Theoretical Analysis and Experimental Verification on the Resistance to Side-formworks at Opening Angles in Slipform Paving

:根据混凝土—金属粘附和摩擦规律 ,对滑模水泥混凝土摊铺机上不同张角下侧模板在滑模摊铺时的阻力进行了理论推导 ,并在试验回归印证的基础上给出了在混凝土混合料挤压时的侧模板阻力的简便经验公式 ,试验结果表明这些公式比传统计算公式更接近工程实际 。

Based on the law of concrete metal adhesion and friction,the resistance to side formworks at opening angles of slipform paver in slipform paving is analyzed theoretically,and simple calculating empirical formulae for resistance to side formworks squeezing concrete are given by regressive verification. The test results show that the formulae are more suitable and valuable than the traditional ones in engineering.
