摘要
系统研究了磁存储控制技术中第二级精定位梯形分割电极片状压电致动器驱动电压和端部致动位移的关系 ,给出了其解析表达方程式 。
The problem of second fine location used in magnetic preservation controlling technology is analyzed and studied. The driving voltage tip displacement characteristics of trapezoidal split electrode in plane bending piezoelectric actuator are investigated by theoretical analysis and finite element modeling. Theoretical analysis indicated that the actuating stroke of trapezoidal actuator is larger than that of rectangular one's with the same width of clamped end under the same driving voltage. The result is reliable and useful.
