摘要
目的 :观察参茸近视康复片抗痉挛和改善微循环的作用。方法 :①用离体豚鼠回肠 ,分别采用乙酰胆碱和氯化钡 (BaCl2 )致肠痉挛 ,加入不同浓度参茸近视康复片 ,观察其抗痉挛作用。② 12只家兔分为羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)对照组 ,地巴唑阳性对照组和 2组实验组 ,共 4组 ,每组 3只。 2组实验组分别经口灌胃参茸近视康复片 0 .2 5g/kg和 0 .5g/kg ,1次 /d ,连用 5d ,在显微镜下观察对家兔耳部微循环的影响。结果 :①参茸近视康复片在体外用药浓度为 4.0g/L ,2 .0g/L及 1.0g/L时明显对抗由乙酰胆碱或BaCl2 所致的离体豚鼠回肠痉挛 (P <0 .0 5 )。②实验组与CMC对照组比较 ,家兔耳部微循环有明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Aim: To observe the effect of antispasm and promoting microcirculation after taking shenrongjinshikangfu tablet (SJT). Methods:①Spasm model was made in extracorporeal guinea-pig ileum by giving acetylcholine or Bacl 2 to observe the effect of antispasm after taking SJT.②Twelve normal rabbits were divided into 4 groups, 3 in each group:CMC control,bendazol positive control group and 2 experiment groups. The 2 experiment groups were given SJT at doses of 0.25 g/(kg·d) and 0.5 g/(kg·d) by ig in vivo. The stimulating effect on microcirculation in rabbit ear was observed under microscope. Results:①The results showed that SJT at the concentrations of 4.0 g/L,2.0 g/L and 1.0 g/L could significantly reduce intestine spasm in vitro ( P <0 05) .②SJT at the doses of 0.25 g/(kg·d) and 0.5 g/(kg·d) by ig for 5 d could obviously stimulate microcirculation in rabbit ear( P <0 05). Conclusion: The results suggest that SJT has obvious effect of antispasm and stimulating microcirculation.
