摘要
传统的单管式细胞电泳仪,其静止层处的电渗速度随位置变化较为急剧,因而静止层定位不准导致的测量误差往往很大。新型的双管式细胞电泳仪把静止层位置设计至细管中心线处,该处电渗速度随位置变化十分缓慢,因而定位不准导致的测量误差减到极小。本文简介设计这种新型电泳仪的原理,并举例加以说明。
Because of the steep electroosmotic velocity profile at the position of the stationarylayer, the traditional single tube. apparatus.for cell electrophoresis is usually subject to significant measurement errors due to the inaccuracy of the locating the stationary leter. The new type double-tube apparatus for cell elecrphoresis shifts .the stationary layer to the canterline position of the thin tube, where. the electroosmotic velocity changes extremely slow with the position and thus the incurred errors.are minimized. This paper discusses the principle of designing such new type double-tube apparatus and some examples are illustrated.
