摘要
目的 观察异丙酚与依托咪酯全麻诱导过程中对血流动力学的影响。方法40例ASAI-Ⅱ级全麻手术病人,随机分为异丙酚组(P组, n= 20)和依托咪酯组(E组, n= 20)麻醉诱导 P组异丙酚 l.5- 2mg/kg、E组依托咪酯0.3mg/kg,加用安定0.2mg/kg、芬太尼2μg/kg、维库溴铵0.04-0.06mg/kg和琥珀胆碱1.5mg/kg。分别记录诱导前后两组的SBP、DBP和HR的变化。结果诱导后P组SBP、DBP和HR均明显下降(P<0.05),而E组则轻度下降或下降不明显,血流动力学与诱导前相比无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 异丙酚对血流动力学的影响较为严重,明显大于依托咪酯。
Objective To investigate the effects of propofol or etomidate on hemodynamics dining induction of general anesthesia. Method Forty general anesthesia patients (ASA I-Ⅱ) were rendomly divided into group P(propofol, n = 20) and group E(etomidate, n = 20). Induction of anesthesia with propofol 1. 5 -2mg /kg in group P and with etomidate 0. 3mg/kg in group E. Diazepamum 0. 2μg/kg, Fentanyl 2μg/kg,Vecuroni um 0. 04 - 0. 06 mg/kg and succinycholine 1.5mg/kg were given in two groups. The changes is SBP.DBP and HR were recorded before and after induction. Results After indution, the SBP.DBP and HR were significantly decreased in group P(P < 0.05), and less significantly decreased in group E, no significanty difference on hemedynamics before and after induction(P > 0. 05).Conclusion Effects of propofol on hemodynamics are obviously more potent than etomidate.
