摘要
用实尺寸车轴进行断裂力学计算、疲劳试验 ,对目前超声波探伤的精度进行测定 ,以提高新干线车辆车轴常规检测的效率而又不降低其安全性。作为许可的裂纹 ,提议对车轴最重要的部位 ,齿轮侧轮座内端 3mm深的裂纹 ,对可能在运行中损伤的车轴中间无配合部位 2 mm深的裂纹进行检测 ,发现只要运用应力和残余应力保持现有水平 。
The fracture mechanics calculation,fatigue test are made with axles of actual dimensions,the precision of ultrasonic flaw detection at present is measured,so as to improve the efficiency of the routine inspection on Shinkanson vehicle axles without reducing the safety.As the permissible crack it is suggested to make inspection on the most important parts of the axle,the 3 mm deep crack at the gear side in the inner end of the wheel seat,the 2 mm deep crack in the non matching part which is in the middle of the axle and may be damaged in operation.It is found out that as long as the operation stress and residual stress maintain at the present level,the magnetic powder inspection on Shinkanson vehicle bogies may be omitted.
