摘要
以高密度聚乙烯为基体,通过添加超高分子量聚乙烯、固体润滑剂、增韧剂和填料等对其进行改性处理,提高了耐磨性、冲击韧性、抗拉强度,降低了成形收缩率和成本,获得了具有良好综合性能的耐磨复合材料,用该复合材料制造的车钩钩体磨耗板具有良好的耐磨性。
This technical paper describes the research of a wear-resistant composite material (AW- 1), which was made of high-density polyethylene as base and then modified with addition of superhigh-polymer polyethylene, solid lubricator, toughening agent, and paddings as well, thus increasing wear resistance, impact toughness and tensile strength, reducing forming shrinkage, and saving costs. This composite material provides good comprehensive properties. The coupler knuckle wear plate made of the material has shown its satisfactory wear resistance.
