Study on the Policy of investing and Financing of Inland Waterway of China

通过分析我国内河航道建设投资的现状与需求，以及发达国家内河航道建设投资的情况对投融资政策进行研究，并提出建议。

Based on the analysis on the current situations and need of investment for inland waterway construction of China, as well as the situations of investment for inland waterway construction in developed countries, this paper carried out a study to the policy of investment and finance, with some suggestions put forward.
