摘要
目的 :应用工业用电磁炉间接加热NITI合金支架 ,探讨加热支架的可行性。方法 :在 10cm的线圈内 ,10万伏的电压 ,完全可以使NITI合金支架产生高达 10 0℃的温度 ,而在线圈外部 ,支架的温度急剧降低。结果 :加热时NITI合金支架的强度有所增强。结论 :虽然强磁场对人体有一定的不良影响 ,但平滑肌细胞培养显示 ,44℃~ 5 0℃加热 10分钟 ,细胞即发生凋亡 。
OBJECTIVE:Study the feasibility of using an alternating magnetic field from induction heating furnace to heat the NITI stent. METHODS:In the induction heating furnace that diameter was 10 centimeters, the NITI stent inside the furnace was heated to 100℃ ripidly, when the voltage reached 100,000 V, and the stent temperature decreased location outside the furnace. RESULTS:magnetic fields inside inductance furnaces are capable of significantly heating NITI Stents. CONCLUSIONS:Although the intensive magnetic fields may harm to the human, short term of exposure to intensive magnetic fields should be further investigated, basing to our previously experiments, 10 min of heating was enough to induce apoptosis of smooth muscle cells.
