无症状性肾癌的CT诊断(附9例分析)

CT diagnosis of asymptomatic renal carcinoma (9 cases analysis)

目的 探讨CT对无症状性肾癌的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析本组9例无症状性肾癌的临床和CT表现,全部病例均行CT平扫和增强扫描,个别病例用靶技术及延迟扫描。结果 本组CT诊断肾癌5例,高度怀疑3例,手术病理均为透明细胞癌,术前CT误诊肾良性肿瘤1例。结论 无症状性肾癌是一种机遇性诊断,CT在定性诊断中起着重要的作用,多种影像检查方法的结合可提高诊断正确率。

Purpose To evaluate the value of CT diagnosis for asymptomatic renal carcinoma. Methods Analysis clinical and CT finding of 9 cases asymptomatic renal carcinoma which confirmed by surgery and pathology. All the cases were performed by plain and enhancement CT scan, a few cases undertook delayed and target scanning. Results According to the location , appearance and density as well as the enhancing effect, there were different features for the asymptomatic renal carcinoma. Before the operation, correctly diagnosed 8 cases and misdiagnosed 1 cases. Conclusions CT plays an important role in qualitative and differentiate diagnosis of asymptomatic renal carcinoma.
