PTCA与静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死合并左室功能不全的近期临床观察

Clinical Observation on AMI Combined with Dysfunction of Left Ventricle Treated with PTCA and Thrombolysis Intravenously

目的 了解经皮冠状动脉内成形术 (PTCA)及静脉溶栓对急性心肌梗死合并左室功能不全患者的治疗效果。方法 本文对 85例中急性心肌梗死合并左室功能不全的住院患者 4 3例行经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术 (PTCA) ,对另外 4 2例患者因各种原因未接受PTCA治疗 ,而行静脉尿激酶溶栓治疗 ,成功者做为溶栓组 ,未成功者作为对照组。从患者接受治疗前后LVEF值及运动耐量的变化进行比较分析。结果 成功静脉溶栓组及PTCA治疗组均可明显改善LVEF值 ,较保守治疗组的运动耐量亦有显著的提高。结论 成功的静脉流量尤其是PTCA术对急性心肌梗死合并左室功能不全患者的治疗有效。

Objective To study the curative effect of treatm ent on AMI combined wi th dysfunction of left ventricle with PTCA and thrombolysis. Methods 43 cases o f AMI combined with dysfunction of left ventricle were underwent PTCA. Other 42 cases of same patients were received urinekinase thrombolysis intravenously. The success treatment patients were taken as test group and unsuccessful group was taken as control group. The changes of LVEF value and movement tolerance were co mpared and analyzed. Results The successful thrombolysis especial with PTCA cou ld improve the LVEF and increase the movement tolerance than conservative group obviously. Conclusion The successful thrombolysis and PTCA treatment might be e ffective for AMI combined with dysfunction of left ventricle.
