小鼠皮肤癌微血管分布的研究

摘要 目的 本研究应用树脂胶灌注、血管铸型法对小鼠鳞状上皮癌的立体铸型、血管进行扫描电子显微镜的观察。材料和方法 采用C57小鼠皮下注射鳞状上皮细胞癌 7× 10 5个细胞数注射于小鼠腹部皮下。 10d后采用电子显微镜观察肿瘤生长为 4mm× 4mm× 4mm~ 15mm× 15mm× 15mm。结果 小鼠鳞状上皮癌微血管生长特点是走行紊乱 ,粗细不等 ,癌表面的血管呈直线或环行 ,深部的血管大量坏死、破裂、脱落、其中还有许多新生的尖而细的血管。结论 血管铸型法是一种简单易行 。 Objective To study the distribution of micro blo od vessel of mice skin cancer with electronic scan microscope. The stero formation of squamous carcinoma of mice was transformed with blood ves sel transformation and resin glue perfusion. Methods The squamous carcinoma cel ls of 7×10 5 were injected subcutaneously at abdomen of C 57 mice and the observati on was taken after 10 days with electronic microscope. Results The micro blood vessels of squamous carcinoma of mice were disorder and irregular in growth and size and formed in straight line or circle. The central blood vessels of tumor w ere necrosis, rupture and collapse and among them there was little new growth sm all vessels. Conclusion The blood transformation method might be simple and eas y but also valuable for observation of blood vessel morphology.
