归蓉补血片对小鼠阴虚证模型作用的实验研究

Experimental Study of Guirong Buxue Tablet on Model of Yin-deficiency Syndrome in Rats

目的：探讨归蓉补血片滋阴填精功效的药理作用。方法：观察该药对小鼠阴虚证模型的影响。结果：归蓉补血片组小鼠的体重净增和自主活动次数、低温游泳存活时间明显增加，血清超氧化物歧化酶活力增强、过氧化脂质含量降低。结论：该药对小鼠阴虚证模型有明显的改善作用，并能促进该模型血清ＳＯＤ活力，抑制ＬＰＯ的含量。

Inquiry into pharmacological action of nourishing Yin and replenishing essence of Guirong Buxue tablet. Methods:To observe the effect of Guirong Buxue tablet on model of Yin-deficiency syndrome in rats. Results: Net weight, number of times acting on its own, surviving times of swimming in low temperature of rat were increased evidently; Activity of SOD was increased. Amount of LPO was decreased in serum. Conclusion: There was evidently improving action of Guirong Buxue tablet on model of Yin-deficiency syndrome in rats; It also could promote activity of SOD and restrain amount of LPO in serum of the model.
