摘要 目的 评价雌激素调节蛋白 PS2在乳腺癌组织中的表达以及在各种乳腺癌中的分布以及在雌、孕激素受体的相互关系的价值。方法 应用放免法检测 6 8例原发乳腺癌中的 PS2含量 ,同时用 DCC方法检测雌、孕激素受体含量。结果  6 8例乳腺癌组织中的 PS2含量从 0 .6~ 5 8ng/ m g蛋白 ,以≥ 2 ng/ mg蛋白为阳性 ,阳性率5 7.4% (39/ 6 8) ,雌激素受体 ,孕激素受体以≥ 10 fm ol/ mg蛋白为阳性 ,在 5 0例 ER(+)病人中有 30例 PS2 (+)(6 0 .0 % ) ,而在 ER(+) PR(+) 2 2例病人中 ,PS2阳性率达 72 .7% ,但在 ER(- ) PR(- )病人中阳性率 42 .9% ,两组相比差异有高度显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ,PS2阳性率在乳腺癌病理类型中以及临床 TNM分型中未见差异 ,PS2的阳性率在组织学分级中 、 级明显高于 级有统计学意义。结论  PS2与雌激素受体呈正相关关系 ,在乳腺癌中PS2水平高则预后好 ,ER、PR。 Objective To assess the expression of PS 2 protein in breast cancer and the relation between PS2 protein and estrogen rece ptor (ER),progesterone receptor (PR).Methods We examined PS2 pr otein levels in 68 cases of primary breast cancer by immunoradiometric assay.PS2 ≥2 ng/mg protein was defined as positive.ER and PR were measured in cytosol of breast cancer by DCC methods.ER and PR≥10 fmol/mg protein were defined as posit ive.Results Thirty-nine cases were PS2(+) with a positiv e rate of 57% (39/68).Out of 22 patients with ER(+) and PR(+),16 had PS2(+) with positive rate of 72.7%.Conclusion The PS2 concentration was co rrelated strongly with the presence of ER and PR.NO correlation was observed wit h the size,pathologic type of the tumor.But PS2 positive rate in histologic grad e Ⅰ,Ⅱ were higher than in grade Ⅲ.Therefore,we conclude that PS2 status provi des a useful independent prognostic factor in primary breast cancer.\;
