通信在筑港施工中,从生产班组到工程指挥部部是不能缺少的。它也是确保安全生产、提高经济效益的必要条件,在我国通信技术还比较落后,通信服务远不能满足经济发展需要的情况下,发展移动通信技术是解决筑港施工中通信问题的必由之路。本文以我国目前的通信技术水平为基础,提出了适合筑港施工需要的移动通信系统。
