摘要
1988年初,参加日本东京、大阪和鹿几岛七个城市的八个油港考察,对日本油港的建设、生产管理作初步了解。本文从总平面、装卸工艺、码头、消防环保和生产管理等方面作简要介绍。
At the bjinning of 1985,the wether parteupated in the investigation cf 8 oil has harboars in seven citis in Japon as Tokyo,Osaka,Kagoshima ets and had a prelimenary understanding of oil harbour harbonr construction and production management.The paper present a breif accoent of oil harbous in the aspecty tatal layout,loading and louding techlogy wharf fire protection control,and production manegement.
