大肠癌侵袭转移机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 恶性肿瘤的复发和转移是患者无法根治和死亡的主要原因.大肠癌是一种常见的严重威胁人类生命健康的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率和死亡率较高 .临床上有一半以上的大肠癌患者在行根治性手术前已有了无法检测出的微小转移,它是大肠癌术后转移和复发的直接原因.因此了解大肠癌侵袭转移机制将有助于提高我们对大肠癌的诊断和治疗水平.近年来国内外学者在大肠癌的基础理论和临床研究方面作了大量工作,并取得一些突破性进展.本文就大肠癌侵袭转移机制方面的研究进展综述如下: 1 大肠癌的转移过程 大肠癌的转移是非常复杂的过程,包括癌细胞从原发部位脱落,结合并降解基底膜;癌细胞侵入血管、淋巴管;癌细胞在循环中运行和滞留;癌细胞穿出血管、淋巴管并生长增殖形成转移灶[1].在此过程中,细胞粘附分子、基质降解酶、细胞运动因子及促血管形成因子等发挥了重要作用.另外,肿瘤的转移受基因调控.
