UF-100型尿沉渣分析仪分析老年人尿沉渣变化

Analysis of urine sediment in the elderly by UF-100

目的 探讨老年人尿沉渣的变化。方法 用UF 10 0型全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测 93例老年人尿沉渣 ,多参数分析尿沉渣的改变。结果 老年人尿红细胞、白细胞、管型、细菌数均升高 ,其中有相当比例明显异常 ;老年女性尿红细胞、白细胞、细菌数异常较男性尤为明显 ;老年人尿液电导率显著降低。结论 老年人肾功能降低 ;尿沉渣异常 ,女性尤为明显。

Objective\ To study the changes of urine sediment in the elderly Methods \ 93 urine samples in the elderly were examined on the automated Flow Cytometer(UF 100),and multiparameter analysis of the changes of urine sediment was performed Results\ Erythrocyte,leukocyte,cast and bacterium counts in the elderly were higher,some of them were obviously abnormal In the elderly women erythrocyte,leukocyte and bacterium in urine were more abnormal than in the elderly men,Conductivity in the elderly was lower significantly Conclusion\ In the elderly,renal function was decreased,urine sediment was abnormal,and more in the elderly women
