针对上海城市地下空间开发利用现状及存在问题,结合国内外城市地下空间开发利用的成功经验,提出了上海城市地下空间开发利用的功能模式、形态模式、管理模式,并研究了促进地下空间开发利用的措施。

With the status and problems existed in Shanghai urban underground space's development and utilization, as well as with combination of home and abroad successful experiences in this aspects, the paper puts forward the function, pattern and management models for developing and utilizing Shanghai urban underground space, and studies the measures for improving underground space development and utilization.
