上海市某社区老年2型糖尿病患者的干预研究

Intervention study of diabetes education in type 2 diabetes patients in a certain community of Shanghai

目的 探讨糖尿病教育对社区 2型糖尿病的治疗性干预效果。方法 采用系统抽样方法 ,在上海市某社区随机选择观察组 30例 2型糖尿病病人 ,除常规药物治疗辅以糖尿病教育 4周 ;对照组 2 8例 ,仅常规药物治疗 ,检测和比较两组治疗前后血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平。结果 两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后 2小时血糖、平均血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均有下降 ,但干预组下降幅度大于对照组 (P均 <0 0 5 )。并且日血糖波动范围明显减少 ,对照组血糖波动在治疗前后无明显变化。结论 糖尿病教育对社区中的 2型糖尿病患者是一种重要的辅助治疗措施。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of diabetes education in type 2 diabetes patients in the community.Methods Using systematic sample method,30 type 2 diabetes patients and 28 controls were enrolled randomly in a certain community of Shanghai.The study group received both routine treatment and diabetes education,and the control group routine treatment only.Blood glucose and HbAic level were measured before and after the intervention.Results The level of blood glucose before and after diet,mean blood glucose and HbAic were reduced in both groups after treatment,but the indexes in study group decreased more and fluctuated less than those in control group.The changes of control group have no statistic significance.Conclusion Diabetes education is an active intervention for type 2 diabetes patients and it can be regarded as an assistant measure in DM therapy.
