摘要
目的 :总结经尿道前列腺电切术 (TURP) 10 0例的经验和教训。方法 :采用“分区电切法”进行TURP。结果 :手术时间平均 5 9m in,切除前列腺组织平均 2 4.8g,平均前列腺组织切除率 80 .1% ,4例输血 ,未发生永久性尿失禁及电切综合征。结论 :采用“分区电切法”行 TU RP既能保证手术质量 ,又可减少并发症。
Purpose:To summarize the experiences and the lessons in the author′s initial pratice of TURP in 100 cases.Method:Apply the method to resect by dividing area for TURP.Results:Mean operation time is 59 min. Mean weight of the resected prostatic tissue is 24.8 grams with 80.1% of the prostatic (avaragely). Blood transfusion was given to 4 patients. There were no cases suffering from permanent urinary incontinence or TURP syndromes.Conclusion:TURP by dividing area is a rather good way which can ensure the operation quality and lessen the operative complications.
