含丹参、当归和川芎嗪腹膜透析液对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响 被引量:9

The influence of Angelica sinensis,salviae miltiorrhi and Ligustrazine injection-contained dialysate on functions of murine peritoneal macrophages

摘要 目的 探讨腹膜透析时 ,中药含丹参、当归和川芎嗪注射液的腹膜透析液对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响。方法 培养的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞 (MΦ )在含 2 5 g/L葡萄糖的腹膜透析液中和含 2 μg/mL川芎嗪、丹参和当归注射液中 ,经 2 4h的暴露 ,观察MΦ的MTT还原能力及其一氧化氮 (NO)产量。结果 与对照组比较 ,腹膜透析液组和各中药组对MΦ产生NO和MΦ的MTT还原能力均有显著的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1)。与腹膜透析液组相比 ,各中药组对巨噬细胞抑制较轻 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 含丹参、当归和川芎嗪的腹膜透析液能显著改善MΦ Objective To observe the influence of Angelica sinensis,Salviae miltiorrhi and Ligustrazine injection-contained dialysate on functions of murine peritoneal macrophages(MΦ) during peritoneal dialysis.Method Cultured MΦ were exposed to 25 g/L glucose contained peritoneal dialysate and 2 μg/ml Angelica sinensis,Salviae miltiorrhi and Ligustrazine injection contained diaysate for 24h,and then the viability and the nitric oxide (NO) production of MΦ were observed.Result All 25 g/L glucose contained dialysate group and Angelica sinensis,Salviae miltiorrhi and Ligustrazine injection contained dialysate groups suppress markedly the NO production (P<0.01) and the viability (reduction of MTT) of MΦ (P<0.01) versus control group,and the injection-contained groups have lower suppress effect versus 25 g/L glucose contained dialysate group. (P<0.01).Conclusion Angelica sinensis,Salviae miltiorrhi and Ligustrazine injection contained dialysate could improve the function of MΦ during peritoneal dialysis.
