摘要 目的 探索医用重质碳酸镁制备过程中 ,影响产品的MgO含量 ,堆积密度等指标的主要因素。方法 用纯碱和盐卤作为原料 ,经复分解反应后再热解、分离、干燥制得医用重质碳酸镁。结果 反应物浓度、反应温度和反应时间直接影响产品的质量。结论 制备医用重质碳酸镁的生产工艺 ,要控制反应物浓度为 (2 0~2 5 )g·L-1Mg2 + ,(88~ 11)g·L-1NaCO3 ;反应温度为常温下进行复分解反应 ,热解温度控制在 90℃左右 ;反应时间为 3~ 4h ;烘干温度为 10 Objective This paper is to investigate the main factors that affect the content of the product-MgO and its heaped density during preparation of medical heavy magnesium carbonate.Method Medical heavy magnesium carbonate was made from soda (NaCO 3) and magnesium chloride (Mgcl 2·6H 2O) by the metathetical reaction followed by pyrolysis,separation and desiccation.Result The reactant concentrations,the temperature and the time of the reaction could directly affect the quality of the product.Conclusion The technique of preparing medical heavy magnesium carbonate should be as follows: the reactant concentration of Mg 2+ was 20-25g·L -1 and that of NaCO 3 was 88-110 g·L -1 .The temperature of metathetical reaction was the room temperature and the temperature of pyrolysis was about 90℃.The time of reaction was 3-4 hours and the temperature for desiccation was about 100℃.
