老年慢性肺心病急性加重期左心功能的超声心动图研究

Echocardiogram Study of Left Ventricular Function in Old Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease at Acute Stage

目的 :探讨老年慢性肺心病 (CPHD)患者急性加重期的左心功能状态。方法 :应用彩色多普勒超声心动图对 6 8例CPHD急性加重期住院病人进行左心功能指标检测 ,并与对照组健康老人 32例对比分析。结果 :左心功能指标EF、FS、CI、E峰值均显示下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,A峰值及A/E比值明显增大 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :CPHD患者急性加重期左室收缩与舒张功能均减退 ,以舒张功能减退更为显著。

Objective:To study the left ventricular function in old patients with chronic pulminary heart disease(CPHD)at acute stage.Methods:Sixty eight cases were examined by echocardiography,the results were compared with that of health(32 cases)control.Results:LVET,FS,CI,E peak were significantly decreased( P <0 05).A peak and A/E ratio were significantly raised( P <0 01).Conclusion:The left ventricalar systolic and diastolic(more significant)functions in patients with CPHD at acute stage were both decreased.
