系膜增殖性肾炎大鼠外周血白细胞及肾脏糖皮质激素受体的变化

Changes of glucocorticoid receptors in peripheral leukocytes and renal cytoplasm in rat mesengial proliferative glomerulonephritis

目的 探讨肾炎状态下外周血白细胞糖皮质激素受体(GR)与肾胞浆GR变化的关系。方法 通过静脉注射抗大鼠胸腺细胞抗体复制大鼠系膜增殖性肾炎模型，用放射配体结合法测定外周血白细胞及肾脏GR的变化。结果 外周血白细胞GR显著降低，而肾胞浆GR无明显改变。结论 系膜增殖性肾炎时外周血白细胞GR与肾胞浆GR变化不一致，两者之间无明显相关性。

： Objective To study the relationship between the changes of glucocorticoid receptors（GR）in peripheral leukocytes and in kidney in glomerulonephritis. Methods A model of mesengial proliferative glomerulonephritis was established in rats by intravenous injection of heterologous anti-rat thymocyte antibody, and the GR was measured with radio-ligand binding assay, using ［3H］dexamethasone as ligand. Results The GR level decreased significantly in peripheral leukocytes, but did not changed in renal cytoplasm. Conclusion Their changes are not correlated with each other.
