日本血吸虫病经胎盘传播家兔血清抗体的检测 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探索日本血吸虫病经胎盘传播的血清免疫反应。方法 对不同孕期的怀孕母兔分别感染 30 0条日本血吸虫尾蚴 ,仔兔出生后 37~ 46 d后收集母兔和仔兔血清 84份 ,以 EL ISA检测家兔日本血吸虫特异性 Ig G抗体。结果  10份母兔血清均为阳性 (OD=1.42~ 1.82 ) ,74份仔兔血清均为阴性 (OD=0 .0 4~ 0 .6 0 ) ;其中怀孕中期感染日本血吸虫母兔所产仔兔 (5 2份 )和怀孕晚期感染所产仔兔 (2 2份 )血清 ,OD均值分别为 0 .19和 0 .36 ,两者差异有非常显著意义 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;同一怀孕期感染日本血吸虫母兔所产仔兔 ,检到虫体与未检到虫体血清检测 ,OD值差异无显著意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 日本血吸虫经胎盘传播后 。 Objective To explore the immunologic reaction in transplacental transmission of Schistosoma japonicum. Methods Each mother rabbit in different gestation periods was infected with 300 cercaria of S.japonicum. Eighty four sera of mother rabbits and kittens were collected 37 46 days after birth of the kittens. ELISA was applied to detect the special anti Schistosoma IgG antibody of the rabbits. Results Ten sera of mother rabbits were positive (OD value between 1 42~1 82), while 74 sera of the kittens were all negative (OD value between 0 04~0 60). The sera of the kittens from mother rabbits infected in mid gestation and late gestation were detected, and the OD mean value were 0 19 and 0 36, respectively. The result shows significant difference between two groups(P<0 001). In two groups, the kittens sera of recovered worms and unrecovered worms were also compared by ELISA. It shows no significant difference (P>0 05). Conclusion Those kittens of congenital transmission of Schistosoma japonicum exist immunologic tolerance.
