直肠指检，膀胱镜检和前列腺活检对游离、总PSA和游离PSA百分率值的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价前列腺相关操作检查对游离PSA,总PSA和游离PSA百分率值的影响.方法有下尿路梗阻症状的80例男患者分别在前列腺检查操作前、操作后60分钟分别测定t-PSA、f-PSA和f/tPSA,其中①直肠指检(35例);②膀胱检查(25例);③经直肠前列腺活检(20例).各PSA分子型用DPC免疫化学测定.结果三者在操作前、后均增加.结论测定PSA分子形态均应在前列腺操作之前进行.
