内外双引流在开放性肾结石手术后的疗效观察

Observations on effeicacy of both internal stent and external stent on operation of complicated nephrolithiasis

目的 :探索复杂肾结石术后的最佳引流方式。方法 :回顾性分析比较复杂肾结石术后内外双引流 2 2例 (双引流组 )和内或外单引流 18例 (单引流组 )的疗效和并发症情况。结果 :双引流组术后并发症总发生率为 0 ,单引流组为 2 7.8%。结论 :复杂肾结石术后留置内外双引流管明显优于单独留置内或外引流管。

Purpose:To investigate the best stent on operation of complicated nephrolithiasis.Methods:Clinical materials of 40 cases of patients underwent open operation for complicated nephrolithiasis were analyzed retrospectively: 22 of them received both internal stent and external stent and the remaining 18 received either internal stent or external stent.Results:The total postoperative complication rate in patients with both internal and external stent was notably less than those in the external stent or internal stent group.Conclusions:It is suggested that synchronous usage of both internal and external stent is more effective than that of single usage of the internal stent or the external stent for the operation of complicated nephrolithiasis.
