介绍了以钱学森为代表的中国科学家和美国圣菲研究所的主要成果 ,由此引出几点理论思考 ,着重论述在发展科学和文化方面 ,应走中西交融。

The major achievements of a large number of Chinese scientists represented by Qian Xuesen and those of the American Santa Fe Institute were described as well as the resulting theoretical thinking.The necessity of a new way in the development of science and culture,i.e.Chinese-western combination and synthetic creation was emphatically discussed.\;
