The changes of thinking way is of deep revolutionary significance,its innovation is very important.Traditional thinking way is contrary to the integration and systematicness of things,and affect the realization of the strategy of reform,development and stable coordination.Systematic thoughts reflect the developing trends of modern science.It develops the Maxism Leninism and Mao Zedong's thoughts.Therefore,systematic method and integrate method should be applied to the scientific research,to the reform,as well as to the social construction.We must utilize Maxism-Leninism systematic thoughts to improve the thinking way and working way of the whole Party.The extending of systematic thoughts and systematic methods is of great practical meaning.\;
