摘要
通过对纳米和非纳米铁氧体 (磁粉 )在导电聚合物基复合材料中吸收特性影响的对比实验 ,发现纳米磁粉更有利于复合物对微波的吸收 .并对纳米磁粉含量与复合物电磁参数的关系进行了研究 .结果表明 ,纳米复合物的吸波效果优于非纳米复合物 ,当纳米磁粉与导电聚合物质量分数为 2 0 %时 ,可改善电磁参数 ,增强吸波效果 .
Through the comparative experiments between compounder with nanometersized ferrite and compounder with non nanometersized ferrite, the result shows that microwave absorbency of the nanometer compounder is better than non nanometer compounder in the range of 8~12?GHz frequency. When the mass percent of nanometer ferrite in the compounder is to 20 %, the electromagnetic parameters are changed and the absorbency of the compounder is increased.
