TSGF在口腔颌面部肿瘤中的检测及其临床意义

The Detection of TSGF in Oral and Maxillofacial Tumor Patients and Clinical Significance

对 73例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者 (良性 37例 ,恶性 36例 )和 41例正常人血清进行 TSGF检测 ,结果显示 :恶性肿瘤组 TSGF水平高于正常对照组和良性肿瘤组 (P<0 .0 1) ,在恶性肿瘤组中第三期 TSGF值最高 ;恶性肿瘤组阳性率达到 77.78% ,表明血清 TSGF检测对口腔颌面部肿瘤的诊断和预后判断有一定意义 。

Serum TSGF levels in 73 cases of oral and maxillofacial tumor patients(37 cases of benign tumor and 36 cases of malignant tumor)and 41 cases of the normal have been measured in our study.of them,the serum TSGF level of malignant tumor group were higher than that of the normal and the benign groups(P<0 01).The level of TSGF was the highest in stage 3 in malignant tumor patients.The positive rates was 77 78% in malignant tumor patients.It indicated that detection of TSGF was significant for the diagnosis and judgement of prognosis of oral and maxillofacial tumor,it can be used as worthy tumor marker.
