摘要
现代商业理论以消费者需求为中心 ,认为企业只有在满足消费者需求的基础上才能赢得生存和发展。在分析消费者需求类型和性制的基础上 ,提出“不应满足的需求”的新概念 ,并分析其产生的背景 ;同时 ,综合前人对企业伦理的研究成果 ,认为企业伦理的建设应该与消费者需求的性质相适应 。
Modern business theory focuses on the demand of consumers.According to it,only on the basis of meeting the consumer's demand,can an enterprise achieve survival and development.On analysis of the types and nature of the consumer's demand,the authors put forward a new concept,the demand that should not be met,and discuss how it came into being.On a comprehensive survey of previous research in business ethics,it is held that,to direct an enterprise to conduct business operation properly,the construction of business ethics must be in concordance with the nature of the consumer's demand.
