营销创新对企业的生存与发展具有重要意义。企业营销创新 ,应实施全球营销战略 ,实现产品、价格、渠道、促销策略创新 ,建立扁平化组织结构 ,培育和造就大批知识型营销人才。
The innovation is of great importance to the existence and development of enterprises.But it needs to carry out the global marketing strategy.That is to say an enterprise should bring about the tactical innovation in products,price,channels and marketing.It should also establish a flat organization,train and bring up large quantities of marketing talents.
