目前中国企业跨国经营存在的问题与对策

在经济全球化迅猛发展的形势下,只有走出去发展跨国经营才能在更高层次上实现对外开放,然而目前中国企业跨国经营还存在一些问题:如跨国经营的圣业规模小、数量少;总体技术水平落后,同时没有形成核心技术;投资市场的地区结构不尽合理;管理体制对跨国经营存在一定制约等。为完善中国跨国经营的发展,针对跨国经营中存在的问题,提出了粗浅的对策与建议:采取适当的扶持政策;加紧建立现代企业制度;促进投资主体多元化;鼓励境外企业再投资;政府提供相应的支持与扶持。
