人盆部淋巴结淋巴细胞酶超微结构定位与活性研究

摘要 目的 研究人盆部淋巴结淋巴细胞Mg2 + ATP酶、G 6 P酶、5′ Nase的定位与活性。方法 :采用电镜酶细胞化学方法观察 7例人盆部淋巴结淋巴细胞Mg2 + ATP酶、G 6 P酶、5′ Nase的定位与活性。结果 :Mg2 + ATP酶主要定位在淋巴细胞膜内侧 ,G 6 P酶主要定位在内质网、线粒体膜相结构 ,5′ Nase定位在细胞膜外表面。结论 :3种酶定位准确 ,颗粒清晰 ,酶反应特异性强。应用电镜酶细胞化学方法可以检测酶活性变化 ,对判定机体免疫状态及对临床诊断与治疗具有一定意义。 To investigate the localization and activity of Mg 2+ -ATPase,G-6-Pase and 5′-Nase in lymphocytes of the human pelvic lymph nodes.Methods:By using the electron enzyme cytochemical method,the localization and activity of Mg 2+ -ATPase,G-6-Pase and 5′-Nase were observed in lymphocytes of 7 human pelvic lymph nodes.Results:The reaction granules of Mg 2+ -ATPase could be seen clearly beneath the cell membrane and endoplasmic reticulum granules of G-6-Pase were mainly observed on the surface of endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria Reaction granules of 5′-Nase could be found on the surface of cell membrane Conclusion:All these 3 enzymes are accurately localized with high sensitivity and strong specificity The enzymes activities can be tested in the lymphocytes to determine the patient′s immunological condition and provide the basis for clinica diagnosis and treatment.
