摘要
目的 :探讨人胎食管壁内NOS阳性神经元的发育。方法 :用NADPH -d组织化学法对人胎食管NOS阳性神经元的分化、迁移和发育进行了观察。结果 :第 4~ 5月龄时 ,肌间神经节处的圆形细胞出现一氧化氮合酶阳性反应 ,并分化演变成梭形的NOS阳性神经细胞 ,呈条索状排列沿内环肌与外纵肌层之间迁移 ,有的穿过内环肌层进入粘膜下层。第 6个月龄时 ,迁移到靶细胞附近的NOS阳性神经元胞体明显增大 ,突起伸长 ,在肌层和粘膜下层出现NOS阳性神经纤维分布。结论 :人胎食管NOS阳性神经元来源于胚胎早期神经节处的圆形细胞 ,通过分化、迁移、生长发育形成成熟的NOS阳性神经元。
To explore the development of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)positive neurons in the esophagus wall of human fetus.Methods:By using histochemical method of NADPH-diaphorase,the differentiation,removal and development of in the esophagus wall of human fetus were studied.Results:In the round cells of intermuscular ganglion,nitric oxide synthase positive reaction appeared in fourth to fifth month of gestation The round cells differentiated fusiform NOS positive nerve cells,which moved as funicular form from the intermuscular ganglion to the area between inner circular muscle and out longitudinal muscle layer.Some of the cells passed through the circular layer into the submucosa.In sixth to seventh months,the bodies of NOS positive neurons which moved the nearby target cells were obviously enlarged,the processes of which were lengthened.NOS positive nerve fibers were seen in the muscle layer and submucosa.Conclusion:NOS positive neurons of the esophagus wall originates from the round cells of intermuscular ganglion early fetal development.By the differentiation,removal and development,the round cells forms mature NOS positive neurons.
