摘要 多孔性生物可降解支架材料的选择和制备是组织工程技术成功运用的关键。除了考虑材料的化学性能 ,材料的物理性能如孔隙率、孔的尺寸以及用于细胞粘附的表面积等也极其重要。本文综述了制备多孔性生物可降解支架的几种不同方法 :纤维粘接、溶液浇铸 /粒子沥滤、熔融成型、气体发泡、相分离 /乳化、热致凝胶化与其它方法结合制备纳米级纤维细胞外基质和聚合物微球聚集法 ;并从孔隙率。 The choice and formation of porous biodegradab le scaffolding material is crucial to the success of tissue engineering.In adition to considering the chemical properties of the material,physical properties such as porosity,pore size and surface area for cell attachment etc.are essential.Va rious methods of creating porous biodegradable scaffold were reviewed in this pa per,as fiber bonding,solvent casting/particulate leaching,melt molding,gas foami ng,phase separation/emulsifi-cation,the combination of thermally induced gelati on and other methods to prepare nano-scale fibrous extracellular matrix and pol ymeric microsphere congregation methods.Those methods were compared on the basis of porosity,pore size and promotion of cell and tissue growth too.
