摘要
本文分析了弹簧钢带点焊接头组织缺陷缩松和脆性组织(马氏体)的成因、危害,提出可采用具有热量递增控制的焊接电流脉冲和多次回火脉冲(本文为4次)随机热处理点焊工艺方式,可获得优质接头。
In this paper, the causes and detriment of shrinkage porosities and brittle compositions(martensite)in spring lamination spot-welded joints were analyzed. A spot-welding process for satisfactory welding joints was presented, in which a welding current with gradually increasing heat control and a heat treatment with multipule tempering pulse(here four times)were adopted.
