臂丛神经损伤术后患者的康复护理

Post-operative rehabilitative nursing of brachial plexus root injuries

目的 :了解康复护理对臂丛神经损伤术后患者的患肢功能恢复的作用。方法 :对 5 0例臂丛神经损伤患者随机分为康复组和对照组 ,康复组采用激光照射、运动疗法、电刺激及电体操疗法等康复治疗方法 ,对照组不采用康复治疗 ,其他治疗护理方法相同。结果 :康复组术后神经再生及功能恢复均优于对照组 (χ2 =4.37,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :分阶段综合康复护理是辅助臂丛神经损伤术后患者功能恢复的一种有效方法。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of post operative rehabilitative nursing for brachial plexus injuries .Methods:Post operative rehabilitative nursing of brachial plexus injuries consists laser irradiation,elercise therapy,electric stimulus and electric motorpathy.Results:Nerve regeneration and post operative function rehabilitation in the rehabilitation group were better than those in the control group(χ 2=4.37, P <0.05).Conclusion:Post operative rehabilitation nursing was effective for brachial plexus injuries .
