摘要
脱氧寡核苷酸或肽核酸可与基因双链DNA内的特定序列结合形成三链DNA ,三链DNA结构的形成可以抑制靶基因的转录。三链DNA在治疗肿瘤和病毒感染、降低耐药性、抑制免疫等方面都可以有广泛的应用。
Oligonucleotides or peptide nucleic acid can form triplex-helical DNA by binding to specific sequences in double-stranded DNA of gene.The formation of triplex-helical DNA could be applied in lots of aspects such as treatment of cancer and virus infection,reducing drug-resistance,immunosuppression.The foundation of triplex-helical gives a new direction for antigene strategy.
