重组修饰人肿瘤坏死因子突变体在小鼠体内的药代动力学(英文)

Pharmacokinetics of recombinant modified human tumor necrosis factor mutant in mice

采用酶联免疫吸附测定法 ,检测血浆中新型重组人肿瘤坏死因子 (rhTNF NC)的含量 ,研究rhTNF NC在小鼠体内的药代动力学 .rhTNF NCiv后 ,血药浓度时间曲线符合非线性药代动力学特征 ,t1/2 β平均为 37.4min ,3个剂量的AUC分别为 4 .0 8,10 .3和57.3mg·min·L- 1,而Cls则分别为 0 .38,0 .18和0 .0 7mL·min- 1.

Using sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, plasma levels of new recombinant modified human tumor necrosis factor mutant (rhTNF NC) were detected to examine the pharmacokinetics of iv rhTNF NC in mice. It was found that plasma concentration time curves after iv rhTNF NC in mice exhibited in a dose dependent manner. t 1/2β is 37.4 min. AUC of three different dosages are 4.08,10.3 and 57.3 mg·min·L -1 , and Cls are 0.38, 0.18 and 0.07 mL·min -1 , respectively.
